KNOXVILLE, TN — Aug 10, 2016 — CircusTrix, the largest owner/operator of extreme recreation parks in the world, has announced the expansion of its Knoxville park, JumpJam. A new facility with 32,000 square feet of space will replace the existing park.
The new facility is being built by local developer Doug Irwin in the same business park where the existing JumpJam is located. A firm opening date will be announced later this year.
“Knoxville has grown like crazy these past few years. In that same timeframe, JumpJam has been well received—a ton of people have come through our doors and we are excited to give them an even larger park with more attractions,” said Case Lawrence, CEO and founder of CircusTrix.
The new JumpJam will have double the trampoline space of the original park, and four times the parking to provide greater convenience to customers and neighboring businesses. The new facility will also feature five brand new attractions, including a series of SuperTramps (Euro Trampolines for Wall Running), a Parkour Trick park, a Rock Climbing Section and more.
“JumpJam’s community has been absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to evolve into the next stage of extreme recreation,” said Jaret Salas, operator of JumpJam. “Get Ready, Knoxville!”
CircusTrix was founded by Lawrence in 2011, and is a leading innovator in the world of extreme recreation. The Utah/California-based company has seen massive growth since its inception, opening dozens of parks around the world and signing endorsement deals with extreme obstacle athletes like Kevin Bull of American Ninja Warrior/Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge fame.
The new building is slated for completion in December of 2016.
